Darlyng & Co is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If an order is placed USPS Priority 1-3 days, unfortunately after we mail out the item we cannot promise that it will get delivered on time. We expedite all orders as soon as they are placed. Therefore, no refund will be credited back for late arrival. USPS only guarantees PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING and we can only offer a refund for that. Thank you for your understanding.

How soon will I get my refund?
